This position needs one who is highly knowledgeable about finances and is able to manage stressful moments and come with a lot of leadership skills. Managers in the Bank have a significant part in ensuring that the bank maintains its reputation, adherence to the rules, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the branch day-to-day activities.
- Set an example and exercise control over banking staff, hire them, train hem, evaluate their performance.
- Come up with a strategy to raise deposits, loans and branch profitability.
- Supervise and see these are in conformity of the banking regulations and the policies within it.
- Manage high profile customer claims and address problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- A master or professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CIMA) are desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good leadership and team managerial skills.
- Great communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Conditioned understanding of the regulation of the banking sphere and the products in the sphere of finance.
- Logical and problem solving ability.
- Business development and sales attitude.
- Very good integrity and professionalism.
- Scholarly skills using banking software, and Microsoft Office applications.
